Tomato Prawn with sweet corn

Ingredients for 2 serving:
4-6 prawns
100g tomato paste ( can use the mixed herbs base)
50 g water
1 whole sweetcorn
Garlic

Step 1:
Fry garlic then add in sweetcorn and fry for about 2-3 mins


Step 2:
Add in the prawn, fry till the prawn turned pink.( make sure is not over cook)

Step 3:
Add in the tomato paste , mixed well and add with water.
(depends on the paste you are using, some thick some not, if is too thick add more water)

Last:
Add in seasoning like salt and sugar accordingly.

Tips: Can serve this on Pasta, rice or bread.
