Tofu with mushroom

Ingredients:
Japanese Tofu
Shitake mushroom
Chopped garlic
Oyster sauce or vegetarian oyster sauce(mushroom base)


Step 1:
Fried garlic, then add in mushroom and stir fry about 2-3 mins

Step 2:
Add in oyster sauce and cook for about 2-3 mins

Step 3:
Last, pour the above onto the tofu.
