Ingredients:
200ml - Sukiyaki sauce
800ml - Water
400g - sliced beef
6 to 8 leaves of white Cabbage
1 x Onion
8 x Shitake mushrooms
1 x packet of jelly yam noodles
Tofu
Butter
Preparation:
1. Use butter to shallow fried the onion, then add in Shitake mushroom.
2. Add the water and sukiyaki sauce into the same pot.
3. Until is boiled, add in the cabbage and noodles.
4. Last, add in sliced beef and tofu and boil for around 5 minutes.
5. Top with egg if you like.
Ready to serve!
