Sarawak Laksa

Bought a packet of Sarawak laksa paste during our trip to Kuching in May.
Thought of giving a try and cook at home since can't really get good Sarawak laksa in Penang.
It turned out great! Regret we didn't buy more that time.


Ingredients:
1 pack x Laksa paste
8 limes
1 ginger flower
3 lemongrass
2 cloves of garlic
250ml coconut milk
Bean sprouts
Dry Tofu (Dao Pok)
Fried egg
Mee hun or noodles (boiled)

1. Heat the oil and fried lemongrass, ginger flower and garlic togeher.
2. Add in the laksa paste and mixed well.
3. Add in 2L of water ( according to the instruction if the paste)
4. Until boiled. Add in coconut milk and boil for another 5-10 mins.
5. Last add in bean sprouts and Dao Pok.
6. Serve with lime and mee hun/noodles.
