Mee Soto (Soto Mie)

Mee Soto- is a spicy noodle soup dish commonly found in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore. Mie means noodle made of flour, salt and egg, while soto refer to Indonesian soup. In Indonesia it is called soto mie and considered as one variant of soto, while in Malaysia and Singapore it is called mee soto. (from Wikipedia)

To me cooking Mee Soto is not difficult. But preparing the ingredients take a long time! Good luck!

Ingredients(spices)
Garlic
Onions
Turmeric
Ginger
Chili
Lime
Buah keras
Lemon grass
Lime leaves

Condiments:
Chopped Coriander
Tofu
Boiled Eggs
Slice Tomato
Limes
Boiled potato
Shreded chicken
Fried onions
Steamed shredded cabbage & carrots

1. Blend together : garlic, ginger,fried tumeric & buah keras

2. Boil the soup: lemon grass, lime leaves, lime, chicken & the blended spices. Add gula merah.

3. Chili paste
Boil until soft: chili, garlic & buah keras.
Then blend with lime juice(fresh), salt & sugar.
