Ingredients:
250g butter 奶油
140g sugar 糖
3 eggs 蛋
240g self raising flour (sifted) 自发粉
3 big bananas香蕉
1/2 tsp vanilla powder 香草粉
1 tbl spoon rum朗姆
1 tbl spoon lemon juice
Step 1:
Beat butter and sugar until creamy
糖和奶油搅拌至融合
Step 2:
Add in eggs one at the time
鸡蛋一次一粒打与搅拌
Step 3:
Mashed the banana and mixed well with lemon juice & rum
香蕉,lemon 与郎姆酒一起混合至糊状
Step 4:
Add the banana mixed into the butter mixed
把以上的香蕉糊混和已搅拌的奶油打至混合
Step 5:
Fold in sifted flour and vanilla power.
把粉打进去后,用手拌的方式混合。这样蛋糕会比较松暖
Last:
Divide into small cup or baking tray and garnish with almond flakes
分成小杯,7分满。杏仁撒在上面。
Bake in preheated 160C oven for 25 mins or until cooked through
放进已热的烤箱里烘大约25-40分钟不定。小杯比较快。热度160-170C。
