KimChi Fried Rice

Ingredients:
Garlic (chopped)
Onion (diced)
Carrot (diced)
1 egg
Rice(portion for 2)
Kim chi(5 table spoons)



1. Shallow fried garlic, onion & carrots.


2. Add in Kim chi and fried till soft, at the same time cut it smaller 


3. Add in rice, mixed well and season with salt.


4. Last, add in the egg and turn off the fire. Mixed well before serve.



5. Dinner is served!


*** I used red rice. You can choose your preference of rice.
